We have the perfect location for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, bridal party, church service, homeowner association meeting, business retreat, holiday party, fundraiser or other business or social event).

Up to 170 people can be accommodated in the main room. Tables and chair included with the rental. Plenty of parking, large bathrooms and kitchen area.

The Community Center is a weather proof, beautiful location that will make your event successful and stressfree!

Rental Rates

Basic Weekday

$750 Monday through Thursday. Allows access from 4 p.m. day before until 11 a.m. day after.

Basic Weekend

$1,000 - Friday through Sunday. Allows access from 4 p.m. day before until 11 a.m. day after.

Expanded Weekend

$1,500. Allows access to the center for 4 full days.

For general use, our rates are $30/hr for Monday-Thursday and $75/hour for Friday-Sunday.

You must rent for a minimum of 2 hours and a $120 cleaning fee is an additional charge.

When we started looking for a wedding reception venue for our son, we searched all of Gallatin Valley and were delighted when we found a charming venue in the quaint town of Gallatin Gateway. We knew within minutes of checking out the Gateway Community Center, it was the perfect venue for us. Lauri Olsen, Gateway Community Center Coordinator, helped make the rental reservation a smooth process. Our Caterer, out of Butte, was pleased with the kitchen and setup. The evening was filled with lots of good food, great music, dancing, friends and memories to last a lifetime.

We were so impressed with the Gateway Community Center that we booked the facility again for our other son and our daughter’s wedding receptions. Our caterer was very happy that we chose the same venue for all three wedding receptions. We highly recommend this venue for any of your special events.
